When players vote on a match outcome (via the winner vote message), the result is automatically sent to the configured results channel. Queue staff can later modify this outcome via the queue history or admin commands to correct any misvotes.
Currently, when staff modify a match result, the change only appears in the queue history. The originally posted message in the results channel does not update.
Modified outcomes should automatically update the results channel (either by editing the existing embed or posting a new one), ensuring the channel accurately reflects the data since players' stats update automatically based on the new result.
